Installation and Training

Ping HD’s team will fully manage the signage installation, test and deploy content, and provide training for your digital signage system. Some important installation considerations are:

Placement
Your displays will be installed professionally, with careful considerations for the correct height, placement away from heat sources that can damage equipment, and wall mounts appropriate for your wall construction.

Electricity
Power sources are required for the signage displays as well as the player. Ideally the plug will be hidden behind the screen for a clean look.

Internet Service
An internet connection is required for each player. Wireless connections can work, but for maximum uptime we may suggest wired internet connections when appropriate.

After your system is installed, our team will deploy and test the content. We will make any adjustments or changes needed to ensure your digital signs attract, engage and connect with your customers.

Once the digital signage system is installed and working properly, our team will provide training for using the system, including:

• How to turn the system on/off and reboot
• How to use content management
• How to maintain hardware (cleaning and other maintenance)
